Had a really good experience at Chai Kadai! The food was fresh and full of flavour, exactly like what we saw on their Instagram. Special thanks to Raheensha at the counter — super friendly and helpful, he recommended the Kanthari Kappa and it was spot on! Also, big shoutout to Megha and Devika for being so warm and accommodating, especially with our little ones. If you're into trying new flavours, this place is totally worth it. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Had a very good food nice experience and the staff were so friendly one young man named raheensha he was great at the services provided. he recommended us to try the kanthari kappa and it was a really good recommendation

Over a great experience. There was even arrangements to pray namaz in the basement seating area. Excellent service. Great recommendation by staff. Gave me complimentary Iftar platter. While waiting for food. I would have rated food 5* if the grilled chicken in mandi was more succulent. I would rate it 4.5 /5 Rest of the food was well flavoured Thank you.

Really enjoyed the meal here. The flavors were unique and truly stood out. I tried the Chicken and Egg Parathas — they were absolutely delicious. Also gave the Crabs a try — they were flavorful, though a bit heavy on the masala. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking to experience authentic South Indian cuisine.

The food was so good! The service was amazing and made it even better. And the interior design was impressive - everything was just perfect. Plus, the spacing was just right, making it a cool and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience - I can't wait to go back!

Hands down the best Kerala restaurant in London. I loved their Upton Park branch too. This new branch is also providing top class customer service, clean restaurant and the most amazing, authentic Kerala dishes. The interior is well decorated and plenty of seats available. A must visit spot. 10/10
